Skydime Holdings ("Skydime", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website on behalf of its businesses — Skydime Properties, Skydime Insurance Agencies, Sky Tours & Travels and Sky Capital. This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.

This notice applies to www.skydime.co.ke and covers information submitted through enquiry forms, the property enquiry and options flow, and related contact channels linked from this website (such as WhatsApp and phone). It does not cover information collected offline, such as during an in-person visit or a phone conversation, unless that information is later entered into a form on this website.

We only collect information that you choose to submit through this website's enquiry forms. This website does not create user accounts, and visitors do not log in to access it.

General information

Depending on which form you use, this may include:

• email address
• phone number
• preferred contact method (phone, WhatsApp or email)
• the free-text message or details you provide
• the page and business your enquiry relates to
• the date and time you submitted the enquiry

Skydime Properties enquiries

The property or property option you enquired about, your enquiry intent (for example requesting details, booking a site visit or requesting a call back), a preferred site-visit date or time, the number of visitors, and a callback preference where applicable.

Skydime Insurance Agencies enquiries

The insurance product you enquired about, and the general context of your enquiry.

Sky Tours & Travels enquiries

Country of residence, travel dates and whether they are flexible, the number of adults and children travelling, children's ages where relevant, safari type, accommodation preference, whether flights are already booked, and destination.

Sky Capital enquiries

Whether you are enquiring as an individual, business or group, a business or group name where applicable, the planned financing solution you are interested in, the purpose of the enquiry, an estimated amount where you choose to provide one, and that this is a "Register Interest" enquiry ahead of Sky Capital's planned launch — not a live application.

Contact page

The Skydime business your message is intended for, the type of enquiry, and any related fields that form asks for based on your selection above.

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you using your preferred contact method;
• connect your enquiry with the correct Skydime business and, where relevant, the correct team;
• arrange site visits, call backs or follow-up conversations you request;
• understand what you are enquiring about, so we can give you a relevant, useful response;
• keep reasonable business records of enquiries received; and
• meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or advertising purposes.

Skydime Properties, Skydime Insurance Agencies, Sky Tours & Travels and Sky Capital operate under the Skydime Holdings group. When you submit an enquiry on a particular business's page, that enquiry is routed to the relevant team for that business. If you use the Contact page to reach a specific business, your message is directed there accordingly. We do not merge your enquiries across businesses into a single combined profile beyond what is reasonably needed to respond to you.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• with the Skydime team responsible for responding to your enquiry;
• with the third-party service providers described in section 6, who help us operate this website and deliver enquiries to us; and
• where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

This website relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

Formspree

When you submit any enquiry form on this website, the information you enter is sent to Formspree, a form-processing service, which forwards it to Skydime by email. Formspree receives and processes the content of the forms you submit; it is the only service that receives your enquiry details.

Sanity

Skydime Properties listings, property images and related content on this website are served, read-only, from Sanity, a content-management platform. Sanity provides content to your browser when you view property pages — it does not receive any enquiry, form submission or personal information you submit.

Google Maps

The Contact page includes an embedded Google Maps view and directions link to help you find our office. Loading this map means your browser connects directly to Google. Google's own privacy practices apply to that connection, and are outside Skydime's control.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run any tracking pixel.

Skydime retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage enquiries, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. We do not commit to a fixed retention period, since the appropriate length of time can depend on the nature of the enquiry and any related business or legal requirement.

This website is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through it, including relying on established third-party providers (Formspree, Sanity) for the functions described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can contact us to ask about the personal information you have submitted, including to:

• request access to information you have submitted to us;
• ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• request that we delete information, where this is possible given any legitimate business or legal record-keeping need; and
• object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use of your information.

This website links to third-party destinations such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and LinkedIn. These are provided for your convenience. Once you leave this website, the privacy practices of that third party apply, not this notice.

This website is intended for adults making property, insurance, travel or financing enquiries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Where a travel enquiry includes information about a child travelling as part of a family or group booking, that information is provided by the adult submitting the enquiry for the purpose of planning that trip.

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to this website or how we handle personal information. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
